Ingredients:
6 Tbsp coconut oil
4 1/2 cups sugar free chocolate baking chips
⅔ cup stevia
2 eggs
1 tsp vanilla
3 tbsp cacao powder
2 Tbsp Xanthan gum
Directions:
1. Melt chocolate 3 cups of sugar free chocolate baking chips and coconut oil in a pan or in a microwave.
2. Add in your stevia, egg, vanilla, cacao powder and xanthan gum. Stir until smooth and fold in the remaining sugar free chocolate chips.
3. Pour in a lined or well oiled baking dish and bake at 350 degrees F for 25 to 30 minutes.
4. Cool for an hour, then cut into squares and then serve.
