Ingredients
8 eggs
1/2 cup butter or ghee, melted
1/2 teaspoon salt
2/3 cup coconut flour
1 teaspoon arrowroot powder
1/2 teaspoon aluminum-free baking powder
1 cup sharp cheddar or asiago cheese, shredded
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400ºF/204 ºC.
Whisk together eggs, butter, and salt.
In separate bowl, mix coconut flour with baking powder. Whisk dry ingredients into egg mixture. Stir in cheese.
Drop by tablespoonfuls onto greased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes.
