Recipe Instructions:

  1. Preheat your oven to 350 degrees Fahrenheit and melt your butter on stove top.

  2. Mix your butter and stevia powder in a Mixing bowl and beat until well combined. Add in your egg and vanilla then beat on low for 15 seconds.

  3. Add your xanthan gum, baking powder and almond flour until well combined.

  4. Remove dough from bowl and add in your chocolate chips kneading them into the dough.

  5. Shape into 12 balls and place on baking trays then bake for 10 minutes.
