1 cup fresh squeezed lemon juice
8 cups water
8 slices lemon (optional)
Place the monkfruit erythritol blend in a small pot along with 2 cups of the water. Bring to a boil and stir to dissolve the sweetener. Set aside to cool
Once cool, mix the sweetened water, remaining water and fresh lemon juice in a large pitcher.
Store in the fridge to cool and pour over ice when ready to enjoy! Garnish with lemon slices if desired.
