LOW-CARB BLUEBERRY PROTEIN SMOOTHIE BOWL

Ingredients

1/4 - 1/2 tsp. SweetLeaf® Liquid Stevia Berry Sweet Drops® 1 cup almond milk, unsweetened 1 scoop keto whey protein powder or for less carbs use collagen peptides* 1/3 cup blueberries, frozen 1/2 Tbsp. MCT oil or coconut oil 1 tsp. vanilla extract Pinch of salt 1/2 cup ice

Optional 1/4 tsp. xanthan gum, to thicken Optional Toppings Chopped nuts, hemp seeds, chia seeds, or fresh berries**

Directions

Place all ingredients into a high-powered blender and blend until smooth. Taste and adjust Sweet Drops, if needed. Pour into a bowl and add your favorite toppings!
