Avocado is one of the best sources of healthy fats which is the main ingredient of this delicious drink. Avocado is very high in fats and is a food that so many love already.

  1. Place the avocado, coconut milk, almond milk, ginger, turmeric, So Nourished GOLD and lemon juice in a blender and puree until smooth.
     

  2. Add the ice and blend again until the ice is blended in well.
     

  3. Pour into two glasses and serve.

Avocado has a very mild taste, it goes well in a lot of dishes.
