1/4 tsp salt
1/2 cup butter softened
2/3 cup granular sugar substitute
4 large eggs room temperature
2 tsp peppermint extract
1 tsp vanilla extract
1/3 cup heavy cream
1/3 cup water
Chocolate Peppermint Ganache
1/3 cup heavy whipping cream
2 tbsp powdered sugar substitute
1 tsp peppermint extract
White Chocolate Drizzle
1 ounce ChocZero sugar-free white or white peppermint chocolate chips
1/4 ounce cocoa butter
1/2 tbsp coconut oil
