Ingredients
4 tsp. SweetLeaf®
1 Cup Lupin Flour
1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup butter
1 large egg
1 tsp. vanilla
Cinnamon for sprinkling
Directions
Heat oven to 400 degrees F.
Mix SugarLeaf®, butter, egg, and vanilla together. Stir in flour, baking powder, and salt.
After mixing in dry ingredients, shape the dough into 1 ¼-inch balls. Sprinkle each individual ball with cinnamon. Place 2 inches apart on an ungreased cookie sheet.
Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until very light brown on edges.
