    Ingredients 2 large squeezes SweetLeaf® Lemon Lime Water Drops® 3 limes 1 cup blueberries, frozen 20 mint leaves 2 cups soda water 1 cup ice 2 oz. white rum {For fewer carbs substitute Monkey in Paradise Vodka} Instructions Cut the two limes in half and squeeze juice from each lime into two separate glasses. Slice the third lime into thinly sliced wheels and set aside for garnish. Add 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, 10 mint leaves, 1 large squeeze of Lemon Lime Water Drops, then add 1 - 2 oz. white rum {or keto friendly vodka} to each glass. Take a muddler and muddle the ingredients until the blueberries are fully squished. Top with 1/2 cup ice per glass and then pour in the soda water mixture. Garnish with sliced limes and an extra sprig of mint.

    Recipe By Better Body Foods Modified for Keto By Healthy Life Selections 1/4 c + 2 Tbsp green curry paste 2 Tbsp BBF melted virgin coconut oil 2 tsp BBF organic monk fruit or {BBF coconut sugar which is not keto} 1 tsp fish sauce 1 tsp Sriracha 1/2 tsp salt 4 lb pork shoulder (butt) roast 1/8 Cup sugar free pineapple syrup 1 Tbsp garlic, minced 2 tsp ginger, minced For the pineapple salsa: 1/2 Cup Diced Pineapple 1/2 Cup Diced Mango 1/2 Cup Diced Red Bell Pepper 1/3 Cup Red onion minced 1/2 - 3/4 Cup Cilantro roughly chopped (depending on how much cilantro you like!) Juice of 1-2 large limes (again adjust to taste) Pinch of salt Sriracha to taste 20 keto friendly tortillas for serving Instructions In a small bowl, mix together the green curry paste, 1 Tbsp of the coconut oil (reserving the rest for later) the monk fruit {or coconut sugar} , fish sauce, sriracha and salt. Place the pork into your slow cooker and pat the curry paste mixture all over and inside of it. Do not apply very much of the rub on the fat cap of the roast, as you're going to remove it later and you don't want to lose that flavor. Turn the pork to make sure the fat-cap is facing upward on top and then pour the sugar free pineapple syrup into the bottom of the slow cooker, followed by the garlic and ginger. No need to mix it around! Cover and cook on low until very tender, 8-10 hours. Once the pork is done, transfer it to a cutting board and turn the slow cooker up to high heat to the sauce can reduce a little. Remove the fat cap from the pork, and scrape off any really fatty bits. Shred the pork with two forks. Heat 1/2 Tbsp coconut oil in a large pan on medium/high heat. Add in half the shredded pork and spread out evenly into the pan, pressing down firmly so that the underside can get nice and golden brown and crispy. Once crispy, flip the meat and repeat until the other side is golden brown. Add in 3/4 cup of the juices from the slow cooker and let cook for 2-3 minutes until soaked into the pork. Transfer to a large bowl and repeat the same process with the remaining pork. Enjoy!

Lightly oil fish with canola oil and season with kosher salt and pepper. Grill in pan or on barbecue on medium-high heat. Grill meat until cooked through and opaque, about 5 minutes per side. Dressing: 1. Put all ingredients into blender and blend. Salad: 1. Mix spinach, avocado, and grapefruit. 2. Mix dressing with salad, reserving some dressing to pour over fish. Serve: 1. Divide the salad amongst the plates. Place the fish on top and drizzle with reserved dressing . Makes 4 servings

    Recipe By Better Body Foods INGREDIENTS 2 Tbsp BBF Coconut Aminos 1/2 cup water 1 tsp ginger 1/2 Tbsp garlic 7 large eggs, lightly beaten 1/2 cup BBF Organic Coconut Flour 1/2 tsp kosher salt 1 lb bag of cabbage kale mix 4 green onions, thinly sliced 1 Tbsp BBF Naturally Refined Avocado Oil DIRECTIONS 1. Preheat oven to 200°F. 2. Heat a cast iron skillet over medium heat. 3. In a large mixing bowl combine cabbage kale mix with green onions. 4. In a medium size mixing bowl whisk together coconut aminos, water, ginger, garlic, eggs, salt and coconut flour. 5. Pour egg mixture over salad and stir until all the cabbage is coated. 6. Add 1 tsp avocado oil to skillet. Scoop one cup at a time and place on heated skillet. Use a spatula to flatten. 7. Cook for approximately 6-8 minutes. Carefully flip(Iuse 2 spatulas). Cook for another 5 minutes and transfer to a baking sheet and keep warm in the oven while you prepare the rest of the cabbage patties.
