2 avocados peeled, seeded and halved 3/4 cup seasoned keto friendly panko breadcrumbs salt and pepper, to taste 2 Tbsp BBF Avocado Oil or Avocado Oil Spray
1. Slice avocado in half and remove skin and seed from avocado and lightly coat with Avocado Oil or Avocado Oil Spray or brush with Avocado Oil 2. Place breadcrumbs on a plate and press avocado halves into breadcrumbs till well coated on all sides. 3. Place breaded avocados in an air fryer basket and cook at 375°F for 7-10 minutes.
