Keto Breakfast Shake

1 cup brewed coffee
1 cup unsweetened coconut milk
2 scoops chocolate protein powder
2 tbsp creamy peanut butter
1 tbsp flaxseeds
1 tsp vanilla extract
2 tbsp So Nourished or any powdered erythritol
2 cups ice
Place all of the ingredients in a blender and puree until very smooth.
Pour into two glasses and enjoy cold.
