Ingredients
2 pounds boneless, skinless chicken breast
2 tbsp dried parsley
1 tbsp dried dill
1 tbsp dried chives
1 tsp dried basil
2 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp ground black pepper
1 pound cream cheese, softened
2 cups broccoli florets
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
1 cup cooked, crumbled bacon
2 tbsp fresh chopped green onions
Instructions
In a large bowl, stir together all the spices and softened cream cheese. Mix well.
Place the chicken breast in the bottom of a slow cooker and then spread the cream cheese mix over the chicken.
Cover and cook the chicken for 4 hours on high heat.
After 3 hours of cooking, stir in the broccoli florets. Cover and continue to cook for the remaining hour.
Use two forks to shred the chicken, mixing it into the cream cheese sauce as you shred.
Add the shredded cheddar cheese, crumbled bacon and green onions and stir to melt the cheese.
Scoop and serve while hot.
