This is a simple 2-ingredient recipe that results in a deliciously sweet sugar free vanilla whipped cream that you can use in so many ways. Use it to decorate your low carb pies and cakes, jazz up a bowlful of berries, or top pancakes and chaffles for an extra special breakfast.
1 cup heavy whipping cream
Add heavy whipping cream to a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer. Start at a slow speed until mixture becomes frothy, then increase to high speed. Continue mixing until soft peaks form.
Add sugar free vanilla syrup. Continue beating on high until stiff peaks form.
