Keto Vanilla Whipped Cream

This is a simple 2-ingredient recipe that results in a deliciously sweet sugar free vanilla whipped cream that you can use in so many ways. Use it to decorate your low carb pies and cakes, jazz up a bowlful of berries, or top pancakes and chaffles for an extra special breakfast.

  1. Add heavy whipping cream to a medium bowl and beat with an electric mixer. Start at a slow speed until mixture becomes frothy, then increase to high speed. Continue mixing until soft peaks form.

  2. Add sugar free vanilla syrup. Continue beating on high until stiff peaks form.


Use it to top... Soft peaks on lattes, cupcakes mug cakes and more.
