Ingredients: 1 pkg of scotty's everyday pizza crust mix mushrooms mozzarella cheese leeks pizza sauce jalapeño coppa genoa salami keto honey substitute hot habanero pepper sauce Instructions Preheat oven to 450° F Prepare the Scotty's Pizza Mix as directed. Thinly slice the mushrooms and leeks. Sautee the leaks in a pan with butter, but wait until after the pizza has been cooked to add them. Spread pizza sauce on your pizza crust and add toppings and a layer of cheese. To make the spicy honey sauce, mix a keto honey alternative with some habanero pepper sauce and stir until well combined. Add sauce prior to baking or right after baking. Bake until crust begins to golden, about 15-20 mins, and enjoy!

INGREDIENTS 8 tablespoons (one stick) butter 1 cup Lakanto Chocolate Chips, or 3 Lakanto Sugar-Free Chocolate Bars, any flavor, chopped ½ cup Lakanto Powdered Monkfruit Sweetener ¼ cup heavy whipping cream 1 tsp vanilla extract ¼ cup mix ins (chopped pecans, walnuts, macadamia nuts, cocoa nibs, unsweetened coconut, peppermint extract, almond extract) 1/4 tsp salt INSTRUCTIONS Melt butter and Lakanto Sugar-Free Chocolate Chips or chopped Lakanto Sugar-Free Chocolate Bars in the microwave for one minute. Stir until all chocolate is melted. Heat for an additional 30 seconds if needed. Add in Powdered Lakanto Monkfruit Sweetener, heavy whipping cream, salt and vanilla extract. Stir until combined. Recipe By Found at King Arthur Baking Company RECIPE BY CHARLOTTE RUTLEDGE Ingredients Cake 4 large eggs, room temperature 3/4 cup + 2 tablespoons (149g) King Arthur Baking Sugar Alternative* 1/4 teaspoon salt 1 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract 3/4 cup (72g) King Arthur Almond Flour 1/3 cup (28g) King Arthur Dutch-process cocoa 1 1/4 teaspoons baking powder 1/3 cup (66g) vegetable oil 1/4 cup (57g) water, room temperature Topping 1 cup (227g) heavy cream 2 tablespoons (43g) King Arthur Baking Sugar Alternative* 2 tablespoons (11g) Dutch-process cocoa, plus extra for dusting 1/2 teaspoon Pure Vanilla Extract 6 ounces (170g) raspberries, (about 1 1/2 cups) fresh preferred Instructions Preheat the oven to 350°F. Line the bottoms of two 8” round pans with parchment; grease the parchment and the sides of the pans. To make the cake: Using a hand or stand mixer fitted with a whisk attachment, whip the eggs until thick and pale yellow, about 3 minutes at high speed. Reduce the mixer speed to medium-low and gradually add the baking sugar alternative, salt, and vanilla. In a separate small bowl, combine the almond flour, cocoa, and baking powder. To make the topping: In a medium bowl, whisk together the cream, baking sugar alternative, cocoa, and vanilla until stiff peaks form, scraping the bowl as necessary. To assemble the torte: Remove the parchment from one of the cake layers and place the layer on a serving plate. Top with about half the whipped cream. Arrange the raspberries evenly atop the cream. Remove the parchment from the second cake layer and place it on top of the cream and raspberries, pressing it down gently. Top with the remaining whipped cream. Dust with cocoa powder, if desired. Serve the cake immediately; or cover and refrigerate until ready to serve. Storage information: Store any leftovers, well covered, in the refrigerator for up to five days.
