8 cherry tomatoes
4 strips of bacon, cooked
2 tablespoons sunflower seeds
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper
Slice broccoli florets and cherry tomatoes in half. Crumble strips of bacon.
In a large bowl, add broccoli, tomatoes, bacon, and sunflower seeds. Add PK Aioli mayo and salt and pepper. Mix all ingredients until well combined.
Keep any leftovers in a tight sealed container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
