kETO DONUTS W/STRAWBERRY & VANILLA SUGAR-FREE GLAZE
INGREDIENTS:
½ cup Lakanto Baking Sweetener
½ cup milk (non-dairy or water works)
2 Tbsp coconut oil, melted
2 eggs
½ tsp almond extract (can use vanilla extract or 2 tsp. lemon zest for a lemon donut)
INSTRUCTIONS:
Preheat oven to 325°F. Spray donut pan with cooking spray and set aside.
Combine the baking mix and baking sweetener in a medium bowl.
Whisk in the milk, melted coconut oil, eggs, and extract. Stir until evenly mixed.
Fill each donut mold ¾ full. Use a piping bag if it makes filling the pan easier.
Bake 8-10 minutes.
Remove from oven and allow donuts to cool slightly before removing from pan. Frost with desired glaze.
VANILLA GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
2 TBSP Vanilla Flavored Syrup
1 TBSP Almond Milk
VANILLA GLAZE INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl by spoon or whisk. Ready!
Dipped cooled donuts in glaze.
STRAWBERRY GLAZE INGREDIENTS:
1/4 frozen strawberries, thawed (pre sliced)
1 TBSP lemon juice
STRAWBERRY GLAZE INSTRUCTIONS:
Mix all ingredients together in a small bowl by spoon or whisk. Ready!
