Pecan Pretzel Crunch Bars
1 tbsp coconut oil
1 serving (33 pretzels) organic keto friendly gluten free pretzels
1 1/2 cups Legendary Foods Pecan Pie Nut Butter
1 cup pecans
Lightly grease a pan with coconut oil. Cut strips of parchment paper then lay across pan (eases un molding).
In a microwave safe bowl, melt keto chocolate bar + 1 tbsp coconut oil in 30 second increments until melted (save some for drizzle at the end).
Pour first layer (melted keto chocolate and coconut oil)
Pour second layer (1 cup pretzel sticks)
Refrigerate about 5 minutes
Drizzle last of chocolate and coconut oil.
Freeze for 20-30 minutes
Pop out by pulling parchment paper.
Cut into bars
