KETO PECAN PRETZEL CRUNCH BARS

INGREDIENTS


Pecan Pretzel Crunch Bars

INSTRUCTIONS


  1. Lightly grease a pan with coconut oil. Cut strips of parchment paper then lay across pan (eases un molding).

  2. In a microwave safe bowl, melt keto chocolate bar + 1 tbsp coconut oil in 30 second increments until melted (save some for drizzle at the end).

  3. Pour first layer (melted keto chocolate and coconut oil)

  4. Pour second layer (1 cup pretzel sticks)

  5. Refrigerate about 5 minutes

  6. Pour third layer (160g Legendary Foods Pecan Pie Nut Butter + crushed pecans + 1/2 cup keto friendly pretzels).

  7. Drizzle last of chocolate and coconut oil. 

  8. Freeze for 20-30 minutes

  9. Pop out by pulling parchment paper. 

  10. Cut into bars

  11. Enjoy!
