1/2 cup chopped strawberries
2 tsp vanilla extract
3/4 cup cream cheese
1/4 cup butter softened
Mash the strawberries in a medium mixing bowl with a fork.
Beat together the cream cheese and butter until light and fluffy then beat in the strawberries.
Spoon into silicone molds and freeze for 2 hours until set.
Pop the fat bombs out of the molds and store in an airtight container in the freezer.
