This nutrient-packed greens in a convenient smoothie. It's also keto friendly!
2 tbsp Fresh Peppermint
1-1/2 c Almond Milk (unsweetened)
1 Avocado (pitted)
1/2 c Cucumber, chopped
1/4 c Raw Spinach
1/4 c Kale
1/2 Lime, Juice
Lime Peel (to taste)
Peel and dice the avocado, and chop the mint leaves.
Add the diced avocado, cucumber, milk, mint leaves, spinach and kale to a blender. Squeeze in the lime juice and add in lime peel to taste.
Blend until completely smooth, and serve immediately over ice.
