Super Seed Keto Granola is the perfect for your crunch cravings.

INGREDIENTS
1 cup super seed mixture such sunflower, pumpkin, sesame, and flax
1 cup crushed or sliced almonds
1 tbsp chia seeds
1 tbsp unrefined virgin coconut oil
1 tbsp monk fruit extract
Optional:
Spices (cinnamon, cardamom, vanilla extract, etc)
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 375 F.
Place all ingredients on a baking sheet.
Mix until well coated in coconut oil.
Bake for 10 minutes, stir, then place back in oven for another 5-7 minutes until golden brown.
Remove from oven, allow to cool, and enjoy with your favorite nut milk, chia pudding, or topped with Synchro Keto Manna chocolate!
