2 cups almond flour
½ cup unflavored or vanilla protein powder
2 tbsp monkfruit sweetener
2 ½ tsp baking powder
2 tsp xanthan gum
1 tsp salt
½ cup butter, melted
¼ cup sour cream
¼ cup hot water
7 oz ChocZero Chocolate Baking Chips (white, milk or dark)
1 tbsp coconut oil
Add all the dry ingredients to a medium bowl. Mix until combined.
Add in wet ingredients. Mix until combined.
Spray silicone donut molds with cooking spray. Grab a handful of dough and press it into the molds.
Place trivet into the liner of the pressure cooker. Pour in 1 cup of water into the liner of the pot. Add donut batter filled molds on top of the trivet.
Pressure cook high for 12 minutes. Allow pressure to release naturally for 2 minutes before venting to release the remaining pressure.
Transfer to a wire rack to cool and dry.
Melt ChocZero Chocolate Baking Chips and coconut oil in a small bowl in the microwave at 30 second intervals until melted.
