You'll love how easy this dish is to prepare this dish. It just requires everyday ingredients that you can easily find at the grocery store. The prep time takes about 15 minutes to get everything in place and assembly is simplistic.
6 boneless chicken thighs
1 tablespoon finely chopped tarragon
6 slices bacon
salt and pepper
1 1/2 cup heavy cream
1/2 cup cream cheese (softened)
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Make a few slits in each chicken thigh and fill the slits with tarragon.
Wrap each piece of chicken in bacon and season with salt and pepper.
Place the chicken in a greased 9x13-inch baking dish and cover with foil.
Bake for 30 to 35 minutes until the chicken is cooked through and the bacon crisp.
Remove the chicken to a platter and pour the cooking juices into a small saucepan.
Add the heavy cream and cream cheese to the saucepan and heat over medium-low heat.
When the cream cheese is melted, stir smooth and season with salt to taste.
Serve the bacon-wrapped chicken hot drizzled with the sauce.
