Microwave the cauliflower powder for 5 minutes then transfer it to a nut milk bag or clean kitchen towel. Carefully squeeze out as much water as you can. Using a small strain drain the juice into a bowl. Transfer the ginger pulp back to the blender or food processor, add another ½ cup of water and liquefy again. Strain again, adding the liquid to the first batch. Again, transfer the pulp along with another ½ cup water and liquefy again. Strain again, and add to the collected liquid. Press the solids with the back of a big spoon to squeeze out as much of the juice as you can. Discard the mashed solids and rinse out your blender/food processor. Pour the liquid into the blender/food processor. Pour in the lime juice and Truvia Natural Sweetener. Blend for 30 seconds. Store leftovers refrigerator in a sealed container. MOJITO Mash mint into the bottom of a glass with a spoon. Add 2 oz. of Truvia Natural Sweetener Ginger Concentrate into a glass along with about 8 ounces of club soda. Add the rum extract and ice. Mix well. Store leftovers refrigerator in a sealed container.
