  1. In a small bowl cream together melted Peppermint White Chocolate Style Baking Chips, butter and salt.

  2. Slowly add in powdered sugar free sweetener and using an electric mixer, mix together until combined.

  3. Mold all of the mixture into a ball and wrap in plastic wrap. Refrigerate for 20-30 minutes to harden.

  4. Once hardened divide out a small amount of dough and roll it into a snake shape about ½ inch thick. Using a bench scraper or a knife, cut off small candy sized pieces of the dough and place on a parchment lined tray. Repeat with remaining dough.

  5. Let the candy pieces sit at room temperature for 24-48 hours to harden.
